The Secular olive trees surrounding Castello di Velona, give us our Organic Extra Virgin Oil.

Our Oil is produced with three different varieties of typical Tuscan olives: “Moraiolo”, “Leccino” and “Olivastra Seggianese”.

We are committed to always guaranteeing high quality, we call our Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Olive Juice” because it is completely natural, cold-pressed and hand-picked with particular attention to the selection of olives and the pressing times, for which we never spend more than 8 hours from collection.

These, together with other measures handed down for several generations, allow us to guarantee a constantly high product quality over time.
